Lancing & Sompting are well served by the Lancing Manor Leisure Centre.

Situated in its own grounds to the northeast of the area, it is owned by Adur District Council, and operated by Impulse Leisure. Its facilities include: Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, Snooker, Indoor Cricket Nets, Tennis, 5-a-side Football, Netball, Sauna, Fitness Suite, Aerobics, Yoga and Petanque. Children are also catered for with Mighty Mites and a crèche for the under 5's, plus a range of party options. Additional facilities include Bars and Function Rooms, Hall and Room Hire for Conferences, etc. Special activities for children are put on during school holidays.
